Our proprietary software, Catalist, enables venture capitalists, corporates, and private equity firms to efficiently find and evaluate innovative companies. As we continue to expand, we are developing and refining our sales strategy to better engage with potential clients and explore new business opportunities. This internship offers a unique chance to be actively involved in shaping this process.
About the Role
As a Sales Intern, you will play a key role in supporting and improving our sales strategy and outreach efforts. Rather than following a rigid structure, you will have the opportunity to contribute ideas, test new approaches, and help optimize our client acquisition process.
What You’ll Do
- Market & Client Research: Identify and analyze potential clients and industries that align with our services.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Develop prospect lists, engage with potential clients, and initiate conversations.
- Sales Support: Help manage sales data, track outreach efforts, and refine client engagement workflows.
- Strategy Development: Research best practices and assist in optimizing our sales approach.
- Client Engagement: Support sales meetings and software demos, learning how to build strong client relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Interest in B2B sales, venture capital, technology scouting, and SaaS business models.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to research and develop structured outreach strategies.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude and ability to work independently.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus but not required.
- Prior internship or work experience in sales, business development, or consulting is required.
